At BE Swim Coaching, we offer multiple venues and programs, Our BESC Swim Squad program caters for young swimmers in mini squads through to Elite athletes representing their country on National Teams. We also cater for surf lifesaving & Adult fitness with dedicated squads specific for those requirements.

OUR COACHES

BESC employs a team of highly qualified coaches, who attend regular BESC professional development workshops & Swimming Australia / ASCTA conferences. All hold current Blue Card, CPR / First Aid & coach accreditation throughout our venues.

​

Each program has a Head Coach who sets the direction and programming for that venues coaching staff, whilst remaining within the philosophy established by the BESC Coaching Directors. The Head Coach liases with the venues Swimming Club committee, providing coaching expertise & support at Swim meets.

​

Our aim is to build the base by teaching correct skills & technique, develop a positive environment and culture within each of our venues where swimmers are able to reach their desired goals under the guidance of supportive coaching staff.

 

Our coaches recognise the importance of communication & are always willing to discuss your child’s progress at a pre arranged time either by email, phone or a scheduled meeting. Please recognize that during training sessions is not an appropriate time for these discussions to take place as our Coaches are focusing on all squad members.

TRAINING FEES

​

In order to continually provide a high level of coaching standard for all squad members our fee structure includes any public holiday or designated squad breaks [two week break over Christmas & after major competitions for Senior squads]

​

Squad fees are a yearly amount that is divided into equal fortnightly payments for easier payment. These payments are processed two weeks in advance.

​

SWIM CLUB MEMBERSHIP

​

BESC is the coaching service provider at each of the City of Gold Coast venues listed above, we provide coaching at the Aquatic Centres Monday to Saturday at these venues. Membership to compete at weekend swim meets, Club nights or State & National events is done through registering with a Swimming Club.

​

BESC supports members of these Swimming Clubs by attending Target meets & providing scheduled Club nights in conjunction with each of the Club committees.

​

Currently BESC is affiliated with the Southport Olympic, Palm Beach Currumbin, and the Southport Masters Swimming Clubs. 

​
